Log In and Out of Sysco Shop Mobile

How to access our mobile ordering platform, Sysco Shop Mobile.

With Sysco Shop, you can browse our premier catalogue, create custom lists, and track your delivery in real time.


Log In to Shop Mobile

The Sysco Shop Mobile app can be downloaded from your mobile device's app store.

Once you have downloaded the app, tap on the app icon to get started.

Enter your email address on the home screen and tap Next.

On the next screen, enter your password and tap Log In.

If you don't remember your password, click Forgot my password and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you're a Sysco Associate, once you enter your email and click Next, you'll be prompted to follow the steps to log in with your Network ID and password.


Log out of Shop Mobile

To log out from within the app, tap the More icon in the bottom navigation menu, then select Log Out.

Unsynced Changes

If you have unsynced changes and attempt to log out, a warning modal will display. This can happen if you modify an order and the changes have not yet synced.

If you want to ensure your changes have been saved, tap on No. If you want to log out without saving, tap on Yes.
