What to expect during your onboarding process, from account activation to placing an order and accessing support resources.

What to expect during your onboarding process, from account activation to placing an order and accessing support resources.

We are thrilled to have you moving over to our Sysco Shop Ordering Platform! In the coming days you will receive an activation email with instructions on how to confirm your user information, choose a password, and get started Shopping! This email will be sent from noreply@sysco.com. Please keep this information for your records.

If you already have a login to Sysco Pay, you will also have access to Shop with the same user ID and password after your Sysco Sales Colleague registers your email address.

Once you’ve activated your Shop account, you can search our online catalog and view your Lists. Please work with your Sysco Sales Colleague for any questions about specific products you'd like to purchase.

Need help with your password or have a question? We're here to help!

For the fastest response, chat with one of our live support agents or search our expansive collection of help articles available.

Live support representatives are available to assist you:

  • Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time

  • Saturday - Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time

If you don’t require immediate assistance or do not have access to our platforms, you can start a chat with Sysco Shop App Support.


Reach Support when logged in

If you're already logged into our applications, you can easily access our in-app support team.

Shop Web

Hover over the Profile icon and select Help. A red badge will display if you have any unread messages from support.

Shop Mobile

Tap the More icon on the navigation bar, and then tap Help.


Reach Support when logged out

If you are not logged into any of our platforms, you'll still have access to our in-app support team!

Shop Web

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the login screen to start a conversation.

Shop Mobile and Delivery Apps

On our mobile apps, a Help link will display at the bottom of the login page.
