Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is optional on certain Sysco Applications. For the applications where it is optional, you will be able to manage the MFA enablements from Sysco Shop. When you opt-in to an application where MFA is optional, the MFA enablement will apply across all the other optional applications.

If you are logging into Sysco Shop via a third party application, you will not be prompted to enable MFA.

Sysco Shop

Before MFA is setup on an application where MFA is optional, you will be prompted to set up MFA in Sysco Shop. Click on Continue to get started.

When you click Continue, you will be taken outside of Sysco Shop to a link where you will manage your MFA status and how you will receive the verification codes.

Once you have set up MFA, you will receive a confirmation that MFA has been enabled.

Clicking on Help in the drop-down will open up our in-app support options where you can start a chat with a friendly live agent, and find your answers in our help center.
