Resetting your password to Sysco Shop

Gain access to Sysco Shop through Web or Mobile version

If you forgot your password for Sysco Shop, you can request a password reset on Shop Web or the Shop Mobile app. To learn how to reset your password in Shop Mobile, please view this article.


Reset your password on Shop Web

Then enter your email address then click Next.

Click the Forgot my password link on the bottom of the screen.

Then enter your email address and click the Request Password Reset button.

You will receive a confirmation screen stating the email has been sent. After you receive the reset password email from noreply@sysco.com, click the Reset Password button.

Enter your new password in both fields, then click Submit.

Password requirements:

  • Must be between 8-15 characters

  • May not contain any personal information

  • Must include one uppercase and one lowercase letter

  • Must include one number

  • Does not include the special characters ? or !

  • Cannot begin with a special character +

  • Cannot be the word password

Once your password has been reset, navigate back to Shop.Sysco.ca and log in with your new password.
