If you forgot your password for Sysco Shop, you can request a password reset on Shop Web or the Shop Mobile app. To learn how to reset your password in Shop Mobile, please view this article.
Reset your password on Shop Web
First go to https://shop.sysco.ca, enter your email address then click Next.
Click the Forgot my password link on the bottom of the screen.
Then click on the Send me an email button.
You will then be sent a Account Password Reset email.
After you receive the reset password email from noreply@sysco.com, either click the Reset Password button or copy the code to proceed to Enter a verification code instead.
Then enter the code received from your email.
Enter your new password in both fields, then click Submit.
Password requirements:
At least 8 Characters
A lowercase letter
An uppercase letter
A number
A symbol
No parts of your username
Does not include your first name
Does not include your last name
Password can't be the same as your last 6 passwords
Once your password has been reset, navigate back to Shop.Sysco.com and log in with your new password.
Troubleshooting
General Troubleshooting Steps
Check Your Email Folders: Ensure the password reset email has been sent to the correct email address. Look for the email in your Inbox as well as Spam, Junk, or Clutter folders, as it may have been mis-categorized. - The reset email comes from noreply@sysco.com.
Use the Most Recent Reset Link: Password reset links are time-sensitive and expire in 24 hours after being sent. Always use the latest reset link to avoid issues.
Verify Shared Email Access: If you are using a shared email address, ensure the mailbox is accessible, and you can retrieve the reset email.
Confirm Access: If your Shop access was newly provided check with your Sysco Representative to ensure access was given and to the correct email address. You can also ask for a agent in Chat and we can assist further!
Forgotten Password Option Doesn’t Work
If the ‘Forgot My Password’ option doesn’t allow setting a new password successfully: - Double-check that the correct email address has been entered. - Ensure that the password reset link hasn’t expired by using it within the required time frame (24 hours). - Contact support if additional assistance is required.
If you do not receive the forgot password email this normally means you do not have access with the email address entered. App Support via chat or your Sysco Representative can confirm your access.
If you receive the email but he says you have not activated or are locked out - If you entered the wrong password 8 times you will be locked out for 3 minutes. After that time you can request another password reset email to be sent. If you have not activated check your email for the activation email from noreply@sysco.com

Reset your password on Shop Mobile
First, open the app.
Enter your email address on the home screen and tap Next.
Then, tap the Forgot my Password Link.
Verify your email and tap Send me an email.
You will receive a confirmation screen stating the email has been sent. After you receive the reset password email from noreply@sysco.com, click the Reset Password button.
You'll be redirected to create your new password.
Password requirements:

A lowercase letter
An uppercase letter
A number
A symbol
No parts of your username
Does not include your first name
Does not include your last name
Password can't be the same as your last 6 passwords
Once your new password has been created, you'll be able to login!
